In November 2020, Bianchi Industrial S.p.A. completed the merger by incorporation of CVCT srl, a historic Turin company which has been operating as a distributor of industrial components and SKF dealer for over 40 years.
With this operation Bianchi Industrial strengthened its Turin branch and the centre dedicated to the Piedmont region, by increasing logistics capability, and providing advanced solutions for power transmissions and the correct application of high-precision components such as:
