AIP is the Value Added Programme by NSK which aims to optimise machinery and equipment and provide your business with added value and long-term benefits, including a reduction in costs and an increase in productivity.

By combining NSK's knowledge of bearings, Bianchi Industrial's experience and your expertise in the area of application, AIP uses a collaborative, customised approach, and quantifies the concrete cost savings you will obtain. We assign a value to improvements we enable in terms of performance, productivity and maintenance costs, helping you to save time and money, and maintain a competitive advantage.

The AIP programme is split into 5 phases:

  1. Assessment: on-site visit by technical personnel to gather data and understand customer issues.
  2. Recommendation: We use our training, knowledge and experience to identify a solution, and forecast savings for the customer.
  3. Implementation: We support the customer in installing and testing the recommended solution and, if appropriate, we can subsequently optimise it to improve operations.
  4. Validation: Monitoring performance to ensure the expected results are achieved.
  5. Extension: By collecting data, we can share lessons learned and extend the service to new applications.
